With a bachelor’s degree in translation from Université de Montréal, Valérie Palacio-Quintin has more than 25 years’ experience in the linguistic field. She has worked extensively in arts and culture, and has made her mark adapting and creating content for the Quebec versions of the Cranium game series. She has also developed an expertise in the environmental field, notably through her ongoing revision work for the Fondation Hydro-Québec pour l’environnement. Her many volunteer stints include two terms as Vice-President, Communications for the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec. Insatiably curious and a keen traveller, she has visited some 15 countries.
